New York Botanical Garden-trained, horticultural expert and father of three, Elio Concha, is passionate about best practices for growth in all aspects of his life. He enjoys working outdoors in nature and ensures that he continues to skill build at the NYBG on a regular basis. Elio is from Mexico City but has spent most of his life in New Rochelle where he met his wife and business partner Adriana. Here they created Concha Landscaping together in 2005.

Visual artist, executive administrator, and proud mother of three, Adriana Concha knows how to find beauty in all that she does. "Oasis" is the word used when she describes the aesthetics created by the team. In between emails and afterschool programs, she can be found driving the iconic Concha Landscaping truck to work sites or getting some dirt under her nails. Partnered in both labor and life, Adriana and Elio continue to grow their business, family and happiness together.
